Here’s how to fix the issue at its root cause: 

Please note I am exaggerating the amount of movement at the pelvis/SI joint for visual demonstration purposes 

You would know which side your pelvis/sacrum is turned to based on the following measurements being better on the side it’s turned to:

- Hip internal rotation
- Straight leg raise
- Hip extension

And the side that the pelvis/sacrum is turned away from would generally have better:

- Hip external rotation
- Hip flexion
- Hip abduction
