Partner Supported Spine Decompression Leave back pain in the past forever with this exercise unknown to the fitness industry. All you need is: - Something to hang on - A partner Hang from a bar in a dead hang ( ears disappear between the shoulders) From there your partner puts his hands on your shoulder blades. His arms are extended and locked at the elbows. He now gently takes a step or more forward. Guide him by giving feedback on how much is good and when it is too much. Seek out that sweet spot of decompression together. Hold there as long as needed. Change roles after that and repeat for 3-5 Sets. Have a pain-free Sunday and a pleasant start to the week! Jakob
