With this tutorial, we tackle the physical layer. Decreased Stress, Good Sleep, Movement & other Social Factors are also to be considered.
I. Forth & Back - Start by lowering your upper body - Keep the lower back as straight as possible. _ If the lower back starts to round, you are at the spot where you want to work - Don't go lower - Legs stay bent - Now softly bounce with the upper body while doing a whipping motion with the arms - Imagine you want to sweep the ground with your fingertips - Keep it up for 60 Seconds
II. Up & Down - Start by lowering your upper body - Keep the lower back as straight as possible. - Legs stay bent - Now slowly start to touch the ground alternating hands - Keep it up for 60 Seconds
III. Side to Side - Start by lowering your upper body - Keep the lower back as straight as possible. - Legs stay bent - Now swing the upper body from side to side - Keep it up for 60 Seconds
