I. Squat to Half-Squat - Start in a Squat Position - Shift the weight to one side - Now rotate till you can rest on on leg - Building a B-shaped side Squat Do 10-16 Repetitions
II.Squat to Tail - Shift into a B-Squat - Support yourself with both hands - Lift and Extend the front leg - And then thread it through to the backside - Come Back Do 5 Reps per Side
III. Ankle Revitalizer - From a Squat extend the arms on the floor - Pull yourself in a High Squat - Sitting on your heels - From there lower the knees till you touch the floor - Come Back Up Do 20-25 Repetitions
IV. Rotational Push Up - From a B-Squat - Place the Arms behind you - Lower yourself down - Push back up Do 5-10 per Side Rest as needed
V. Step Through - From a B-Squat - Place the Arms behind you - Lower down - Thread the back leg through - Under your body - Push yourself back up Do 5-10 per Side Rest as needed
VI. Traveling Squat - From a B-Squat - Shift the weight to the toes of the back leg - Lift and Extend the front leg - Place it on the floor - Transition the weight to it - Rotate and lift the "rear leg" - Pull it back in 3 Reps per Side
