Sunday is reserved for Fasting!! Feasting and fasting is the way we have evolved. I feasted on 200gm paneer, dal, pumpkin, and salad. This plate gives my body 40gm of proteins which is most essential macro nutrient. And ample fats in the form of ghee, coconut oils and flax seed oil. Thread 🧵

My 36 hour Fasting routine: My fast starts on Saturday 9PM And ends on Monday 9Am During this fasting periods I will keep myself well hydrated by drinking salt and lemon water. I will drink two cups of sugarless coffee . Remaining calories deficient is most important thing to keep in mind. During fasting periods we may face issues of headaches, blurred vision, hunger pangs. Drinking salt and lemon water sip by sip will help. If you feel uneasy break the fast by eating something. People with diabetes and hypertension should take extra care, they should take advice from their physician.
