smart ass of me but I beat you by a month. this is Covid repeat and as there is no Covid the bounce will be twice as rapid in terms of markets and finance. and as there is no Covid we will not reach the Covid lows of unemployment and a recession, but requires close watching.

what is occurring now is the testing of the US Constitution which seems to occur every 50 to 75 years. Before Trump the last one, but for certain commercial law tests - mostly anti trust - the last test was Brown v Topeka. and before that FDR drive to pack the courts.

At the center is not the ability or powers of the judiciary but each time the US Constitution and since the Civil War, the Article II POTUS lacks coercive force so as to overrule or oppose the Article III judiciary.

I am surprised that your and your peers at Stanford are not delving into the US Constitution as beginning and end of the current situation. for me, all changed when Roberts clearly told Trump that the judiciary would follow the constitution with his "warning" March 17.

This is the almost sole factor now for the markets now and US is still a capitalistic market based democratic republic so the US Constitution should be your beginning and end now.
