@moveorperish As we both know, health and fitness are two different things, in the same way chess and checkers are. They most positive way I define fitness is "The ability to enjoy". I raise my fitness purely to raise my ability to enjoy many movement pursuits that modern humans now cannot do

@moveorperish The torso motions that you demonstrate work great. I use a very similar approach anytime my lower back starts throwing me warning signs.
