Your body is crying for help, but you're ignoring the signs. #1 Eye floaters Those annoying worm looking things you see. These are actually a sign of poor antioxidant supply and tissue damage. But it's not limited to your eyes - it's a sign your body is vulnerable.

ANTIOXIDANTS protect the eyes from floaters. If you have floaters, you've likely got an antioxidant crisis in the body, which leaves you susceptible to: ◇ Accelerated aging ◇ Cancer ◇ Heart disease ◇ Cognitive decline & pretty much any other health issue you can imagine.

I've written more about the connection between eye floaters and declining health (& how to fix them) here:

#2 Skin tags These are actually tumors, caused by a number of chronic pro-growth signals. Some include: ➜ High insulin + leptin ➜ High copper (pro-angiogenic / growth) ➜ Low zinc (poor control over skin proliferation) ➜ High estrogen

Skin tags could be a sign of heart disease risk. These areas have much higher concentrations of: ➜ Mast cells - immune cells ➜ TNFα - inflammatory cytokine ➜ TRAIL - inflammation cell death ligand Your skin becomes more susceptible if you have chronic inflammation.

#3 Ridges in nails This is a sign that your body is having a tough time producing nail tissue due to: ➜ Low B12 & zinc (poor keratin synthesis) ➜ Low stomach acid (low nutrient absorption) ➜ Protein malnutrition (no raw material)

Deep indents in the nails - a sign of inflammation. Inflammation + infection can impair blood vessel function, impeding the delivery of nutrients to the nails. In fact, these types of indents in the nails have recently been linked to that virus and its needle.

#4 Fluorosis These little white patches in your teeth? Do not ignore them. It's a sign of fluoride accumulation in tissues. Fluoride is a poison: ◇ Drives oxidative stress ◇ Inhibits mitochondrial function ◇ Neurotoxic ◇ Hormonal disruptor

Challenge: next time you're around lots of people, observe if they have dental fluorosis. It can be seen as these subtle white spots on the teeth but can get much worse. The teeth also become more yellow. Chances are, if you see 10 people, 5-8 of them will have it noticeably.

#5 Earlobe crease Also known as Frank's sign, this is associated with increased risk of: → Coronary artery disease → Insulin resistance It's a sign of: → Reduced blood flow → Impaired elastin synthesis - a critical protein that is important for the health of the arteries

Earlobe crease triples the risk of severe heart disease. Out of people undergoing imaging for heart disease, 62% of people had it. Actually a better predictor than cholesterol.
