You´ve been lied to about fat loss. No matter how much you diet and exercise, you won't lose fat until you fix your hormones. Andrew Huberman´s top 7 hormone hacks for easy fat loss: 1. Do NOT drink coffee within 90 minutes of waking up

You wake up tired. You immediately get your fix of coffee. But it’s a trap. It leads to a huge energy crash later. You have more hunger and cravings so you overeat. You feel tired so you move less. Wait 90 minutes to have your first coffee.

2. Get morning sunlight. It kickstarts your: • Hormones • Metabolism • Energy levels. You´ll burn more calories naturally throughout the day. You´ll feel more motivated and less tired and stressed. You´ll find it easier to eat healthy and exercise.

3. Go for a 10-minute walk after your meals. Do you eat meals and feel lethargic and have brain fog afterwards? Do you get hungry and crave more food just a few hours later? Your blood sugar is spiking and crashing. But a quick walk stabilizes it.

4. Improve your sleep. Your sleep affects ALL the hormones related to fat loss: • Cortisol (stress) • Grehlin (hunger) • Insulin (fat storage). It even affects your mood and how much you crave junk food.

5. Fast to boost human growth hormone (HGH). Intermittent fasting or fasting for 24 hours+ helps with: • Inflammation • Insulin sensitivity • Calorie intake control But it can even DOUBLE HGH which helps you burn fat.
