Mysterious Mandir of Bharat, Where the huge Axe ( Farsa) of Bhagwan Shri Parshuram is still present

Everyone has heard about Parashuram's weapon, Farsa. But do you know that Farsa is still present on earth ?

It's claimed that Parashuram's Farsa is buried in a Mandir situated on a hill, which he himself had buried. There is a very mysterious story related to this Axe. 

Tanginath Dham is situated in a hill in Gumla district, about 150 km from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. Bhagwan Parshuram's axe is present in this Dham. 

Tanginath Dham is Dedicated to Bhagwan Shiva 

Bhagwan Parshuram's Axe is located in Tanginath Dham is under the open sky, but till date it has never rusted. It is no less than a mystery that even after thousands of years it is completely safe and Rust free 

Tanginath Dham has hundreds of Shivlingas and ancient idols. In 1989, the Archaeological Department had carried out an excavation here, in which many mysterious objects including a diamond-studded crown were found. However, later the excavation was suddenly stopped. 

The things found in the excavation are still kept in the storehouse of Dumri police station. 

It is believed that whoever tries to tamper with this axe has to face dire consequences. It is said that once some people from the Lohar tribe tried to uproot the axe from the ground and take it away, but when the axe did not come out, they cut off its upper part. 

It is said that after this incident, people of the Lohar tribe living nearby started dying one by one, after which they left the area. Even today, people of this tribe are afraid of living in the nearby villages. 

It is believed that during the Treta Yuga Mata Sita's Swayamvar, when Shri Rama broke Shiva's bow, hearing its terrifying sound, Parshuram ji reached Janakpur in anger and without recognizing Shri Rama and Laxman, he abused them a lot. 

When he realized that Ram Ji was the incarnation of Shri Hari Vishnu, he was very ashamed and to atone for his deeds, he went to a mountain in the middle of the dense forest. There he buried his axe and started doing penance

The same place is known today as Tanginath Dham.
