ESTABLISH FOUNDATIONAL VISUALISATION:
At the navel chakra, visualize the syllable AṂ (ཨཾ). 
At the crown chakra, visualize the syllable HAṂ (ཧཾ). 
In the central channel, establish clear visualization.  

The practice proceeds as follows:  

1. Begin with the breath seal (ཁ་སྦྱོར):    
- Draw in the winds through both nostrils    
- Hold at the joining of the three channels    
- Then perform the opening and closing of the lower gates  

2. When the winds move:    
- Fire ignites at the three-way junction    
- The AṂ at the navel becomes inflamed    
- The flames progressively consume negativities  

3. From the HAṂ at the crown:    
- Nectar descends    
- Fills the right channel wheel    
- When one drop touches the AṂ It blazes intensely  

4. The blazing moves:
- Through the central channel (avadhūti)    
- Descends from HAṂ    
- Four finger-widths above navel    
- Creates blazing and dripping  

5. Practice the vase breathing:
